On November 13, 2001,
Mr. Cosmo Maciocia (Lib), MNA for Viger, announced his dismissal as Member of the National
Assembly after his election as member of the Montreal city council.
The by-election took place on April 15, 2002. At this occasion, Mrs. Anna Mancuso (LIB) have been elected as MNA for Viger.
