(1) Because the two first candidated drew in the riding of Saint-Jean, a second ballot have been held on October 24. This table includes the results of the October 24, 1994 by-election in Saint-Jean instead of those of the general election.
(2) The Parti économique du Québec presented ten candidates on September 12, 1994, including one in Saint-Jean. However, this party didn't put a candidate for the October 24 by-election. That's why this political party totals nine candidates in this table instead of ten.
